Villas inside the park
The former site described two- and three-bedroom villas across Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Park, about 300 hectares inside Clark Freeport Zone, roughly 80 kilometres north of Manila. Kitchens, air-conditioning, and a few private pools were part of that pitch.

The old site sold Rose Garden as fenced, multi-storey houses with many bedrooms for big groups.
Where the flow of adventure never ends
Fontana Leisure Parks marketed itself as a large integrated estate in Clarkfield, Pampanga. This guide keeps the place — stays, water, dining, the casino floor, and the roads outside the gate — without running the front desk.

Temporary close on the 2025 site
Red 8 was the Chinese dining room, credited to a Hong Kong chef. The April 2025 homepage marked it temporarily closed. Assume nothing is open until you check the venue.
Daytime hours on the old site
A spa block was listed with daytime hours, roughly morning until evening. Use it as a recovery hour between the pools and dinner, not as a reason to cross Luzon on its own.
Courts for a family afternoon
The old facilities copy invited guests to basketball, tennis, badminton, and similar courts, with long daytime hours. It is a family add-on, not a training camp.
Listed as a weekend counter
Cafe Fontana was the all-day restaurant and was also marked temporarily closed on that capture. The juice bar was described as a weekend drinks counter. A KTV room above the cafe was listed for late evenings.
