Pampanga’s reputation is the table: sisig, longganisa, and restaurants that locals actually cross town for. The park’s own dining — Chinese at Red 8, Cafe Fontana, a juice bar — was built for guests who did not want to leave.
On a two-night stay, eat inside the estate once and leave once. Trying to collect every famous Angeles restaurant in a single evening means more driving than food.
The old Fontana copy mentioned a Puregold and a McDonald’s just outside the gate as convenience, not as the culinary point of the trip.
